60-minute session ($193.99):
A standard therapy session consists of 45-minutes face-to-face therapy 15minutes of session planning/preparation and legal documentation.
Services conducted at school or kindy include an email to parents/teachers outlining the outcomes of the session.

Please speak with your speech pathologist regarding assessment and report writing times as these may vary depending on the complexity of the report.
A quote can be provided based on your assessment needs. All assessment and report writing is completed at the hourly rate of $193.99.

Please read this policy carefully. Booking an appointment with Speak Easy Therapy Services means that you accept the terms of this policy.
If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment, a 48-hour notice period is required to avoid incurring a fee (this includes travel fees).

Travel is billed at a pro-rata rate up to a maximum of 30 minutes each way.

Your speech pathologist will send an invoice to you or directly to your plan manager.
All invoices must be paid within seven days of your appointment.
We are unable to accept cash payments at this time.
